Our furnished apartment for two in Wiesbaden – for a month or longer. Quiet location, fully equipped, and just a few minutes' walk to the station.
Apartment
Not a hotel room, not a furniture catalogue. We picked pieces we'd actually want to sit and sleep on ourselves.
Warm wood flooring, light walls, and a sofa in front of three windows with trees behind them. Draw the curtains in the evening, and it goes quiet.
What mattered most to us: that you don't have to organise anything after you arrive. Towels are already on the bed, there's soap in the bathroom, and for your first morning you'll find coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen.

Little things
Nothing spectacular – just exactly what you'd miss arriving at ten at night.
Coffee and tea are ready to goFor your first morning, before you make it to the supermarket. The kettle is right there.
Towels are already laid outFor two people, in three sizes – freshly washed, no extra charge.
Soap is already thereSounds obvious, but it's surprisingly often forgotten. A toothbrush cup is there too.
Amenities

We rent out the apartment ourselves, with no agency in between. If something's not working, the light's out, or you simply don't know where to get bread rolls on a Sunday: just reach out. We answer the phone.

Prices
What ends up on your bill is listed here – and shown again in the booking form before you confirm.
We only rent from 28 nights. No short-term rentals, no hidden tiering – the nightly rate shown applies to a stay of this length and is already reflected in the calendar.
About the city tax: This is collected by the city of Wiesbaden – we just pass it on. In return you get the WiesbadenCard, which gives discounts on museums, guided tours and leisure activities. Guests under 18 don't pay it.

Prefer to ask first? Message us – we usually reply the same day.
Location
Wiesbaden is very walkable. The apartment sits on a quiet street, yet everything you need is still close by.
The map is loaded from Google. Doing so sends your IP address to Google.
We'll send you the exact address with your booking confirmation.
Our tips
Not a top-10 list out of a guidebook. These are the places we actually send our guests to.
The city's local hill – from the top you look out over all of Wiesbaden. Get up there on the Nerobergbahn, a funicular from 1888 that still runs on a water-ballast system – the ride alone is worth it.
Check the operating seasonAn Art Nouveau thermal bath, fed by the city's hot springs. Quiet, historic, and considerably nicer than any modern spa.
Casino, concert hall, and a large park behind it. A good spot for an evening stroll, even with nothing on.
Vineyards and views of the Rhine, practically on the doorstep. Reach Eltville and Rüdesheim by train – no car, no parking to worry about.
Cathedral, old town and the Gutenberg Museum, a short suburban train ride away. Good for a rainy day.
Good to know
28 nights. We only rent for a month or longer and unfortunately can't offer shorter stays, even on request. The booking tool won't allow shorter date ranges.
Between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. If your train arrives earlier or leaves later – just ask. It can usually be arranged.
Before arrival you'll get an email with everything you need. Nobody has to wait for anyone or pick up a key anywhere.
On the surrounding streets or in a car park. The apartment doesn't come with a dedicated space – we'll send the easiest and cheapest option along with your arrival information.
Free and fast enough for video calls and streaming. The login details are in the apartment.
Unfortunately not. We keep the apartment pet-hair-free so guests with allergies can sleep well here too.
Maximum two people, no smoking please, and no parties. Quiet hours from 10 pm – the neighbours are lovely, and we'd like to keep it that way.
Wiesbaden is an officially recognised spa town and charges €5.00 per adult per night stayed. Arrival and departure day together count as one day. The money goes to the city, not to us – we just collect it.
In return you get the WiesbadenCard, which gives discounts at museums, guided tours and leisure activities. Guests under 18 pay nothing, and holders of a severe disability card get half off.
Yes, free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Between 29 and 7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed rent; from 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 90%. The city tax is always refunded in full if you cancel, since no overnight stay takes place.
That covers cancelling before arrival. If you check out earlier than booked, the agreed rent for the full minimum stay of 28 nights remains payable – details are in our terms & conditions (German).

Even if it's just a small thing. Better to ask once too often than to be disappointed later.
